Stage one of the new Kaukapakapa Village Centre is due for completion 1 September 2017 with the completed village centre to contain a supermarket, medical centre, petrol station and serviced apartments.

Access - All lots will share the common vehicle access right of way from Peak Road designated as Lot 7 with individual access ways from there.

Lot 1 - The majority of the 10.4 ha of land is mature kanuka and native bush. An area of approx 1 ha of elevated usable land with a flat building platform is located in the centre of the site. This private site affords extensive views across the valley onto farmland and towards the golf course.
Lot 2 - The majority of this 7.5 ha lot is covered in mature kanuka and bush to the southern end of the site. The proposed 1 ha building platform is along the ridge to the north and it's elevation captures wide views.
Lot 3 - This 8.3 ha lot is mostly medium contoured hill established in mature native bush with approx 1 ha of clear grassland. The proposed house site is elevated with views over the Waitoki Valley and protected by bush on the western and southern boundaries.
Lot 4 - 7,700sqm comprised of mainly undulating to easy contour land in pasture and has views over the Waitoki Valley. The main right of way for the other lots extends along the length of the western boundary.
Lot 5 - This 1.3 ha site is positioned on a broad gentle contoured ridge. Wide unobstructed views over the surrounding property and Waitoki Valley.
Lot 6 - 31.8ha comprising the bulk of the property. Contour is mainly low medium hill contained within 2 main valleys and on completion of the subdivision, 2/3 of this title will be revegetation and wetland, protected by covenant, with the remainder in pasture.
