A 1015 sq m, three level office building with 19 car parks at 113 Grafton Rd, Grafton, has sold for $2,450,000 at an 8 per cent yield through Scott Kirk and James Were of Bayleys Auckland. A middle unit in a block of three built in the early1980s, it has been occupied by Images and Sound Ltd since 2004 and has a six year lease until February 2019.
Freehold in Wairau Valley
A 1282 sq m, building on a 1745 sq m freehold site at 149 Wairau Rd, Wairau Valley, Auckland, has been sold for $1.75 million by Mike Ryan and Matt Prentice of Colliers International. The property, formerly a factory and outlet shop for Domex sleeping bags and camping equipment, was sold with vacant possession.

A block of three shops, comprising a liquor store and two takeaway outlets, with a rear brick house, on an 890 sq m site with redevelopment potential at 186 Ridge Rd, Howick, was sold at Bayleys Total Property auction for $1.6 million through Mark Pittaway and Peter Turner of Bayleys Auckland.

A vacant, 955 sq m warehouse and office building on a freehold 1303 sq m site at 11 Mountjoy Place, Onehunga, Auckland, was sold for $1.33 million by Jolyon Thomson and Ben Cockram of Colliers International.
