Taupo CBD building
A two level commercial building with some vacancy on a 1014 sq m site in the heart of Taupo’s CBD at 28 Heuheu St, has been sold for $3,825,000 at an 8.4 per cent yield by Mike Houlker of Bayleys Auckland and Gary Harwood of Bayleys Taupo. The 1970s building was retrofitted in 2001 to provide multiple retail tenancies and upper floor offices giving 13 different tenancies on varying leases terms.
Big Lorne St sale
Henry Thompson and Bruce Whillans of Ray White Commercial have sold the ex Crown Institute of Studies building in Lorne St, in the Auckland CBD, for $13.58 million or $2651 per sq m.
