Kingsland Shaky sale
A 911 sq m complex of fully leased buildings on three titles totalling 1558 sq m at 492-500 New North Road, Kingsland, has been sold for $6,575,000 at 6.8 per cent yield by Scott Kirk of Bayleys Auckland and Tony Chaudhary of Bayleys Manukau. The property is anchored by Neighbourhood Brew Bar and Shaky Isles Coffee Co café operated by Pack Group on 10-year leases running until late 2023 and 2022, along with two smaller tenancies and billboard.
Takanini commercial building
A 540 sq m commercial building on 1791 sq m site, with 20 car parks, at 317 Great South Rd, Takanini was sold for $1,345,000 at a 5.3 per cent yield on two short term tenancies through Peter Migounoff of Bayleys Counties.
