A high profile commercial office block at 116 Harris Rd, East Tamaki, Auckland has been sold for $10.42 million by Colliers International brokers Andrew Hooper, Greg Goldfinch and Andrew Reed. The 2961 sq m property is generates net annual income of $803,068 and the sale price represents a yield of 8.33 per cent.. Two of the building's tenants, BDO and Kiwiplan, have been in occupation since 2001.
