Takapuna commercial building
A refurbished 1483 sq m three level commercial building on a 1503 sq m site at 132 Hurstmere Rd, Takapuna was sold for $7.5 million at a 6.1 per cent yield through Ranjan Unka, Simon Aldridge, Eddie Zhong Tonia Robertson and Chris White of Bayleys North Shore Commercial. Featured in Bayleys’ Total Property portfolio, the building has two levels of office space a ground floor cafe and 28 car parks. Three tenants have leases running to 2018 and through to 2021.
Hamilton office space
A 1078 sq m third level office space housing well-known national tenants including Vodafone, Ministry of Health and Crowe Horwath at 130 Grantham St, Hamilton,was sold for $2.54 million by Alan Pracy and Justin Oliver of Colliers International.
Tamaki land development
A 12,526 sq m Business 5-zoned bare land development site at 417-421 East Tamaki Rd, East Tamaki was sold for $5,010,400 at $400 per sq m through Mike Marinkovich and Marty Roestenburg of Bayleys South Auckland. They are now leasing various warehouse options to be developed on the site, ranging from storage and tradesmen’s units to a large road frontage warehouse and office unit with showroom.
Tauranga office and warehouse
A 2500 sq m freehold property with 950 sq m of office and warehouse space and leased long term to a large multi-brand car dealership at 115 Third Avenue, Tauranga, was sold by Simon Clark and Rob Schoeser of Colliers International for $2.2 million – representing a yield of 5.4 per cent.
