Mt Maunganui KFC

Charlie Oscroft, Peter Herdson and Simon Clark of Colliers International have sold a property occupied by a KFC outlet in Mt Maunganui at 145 Newton St for $3.4 million representing a yield of 5.23 per cent. The property, purchased by a local investor, came with a new 12 year lease to Restaurant Brands.

 

$16m East Tamaki sale

Greg Goldfinch and Todd Kuzmich of Colliers International have sold a 2ha manufacturing and distribution centre at 27 Ross Reid Place and 44 Zelanian Drive, East Tamaki for $16.05 million at a yield of 8.18 per cent.  The property, leased to Premiers Plastics Limited and Cospak (NZ) Ltd for 18 years from 2008, was sold to a private investor.

 

High profile Manukau duo

Two high profile, freehold properties spread between 26 Lambie Drive and 28 Ryan Place, Manukau have been sold for $4.34 million by Dwayne Warby and Paul Higgins of Colliers international. The 11173 sq m property was purchased by a local owner occupier who plans to use the site as an auto compliance centre.

 

New Lynn unit

An 868 sq m unit opposite LynnMall at 3029 Great North Rd, New Lynn, has been purchased for use as office space by an owner occupier for $4,080,000, or $4700 per sq m, through Mike Adams, William Coates, Grant Miller and James Appleby from Bayleys’ West Auckland team. Previously occupied by ANZ, the modern premises has quality fit out and a high seismic rating with excellent onsite parking.

 

Morningside warehouse

A 1660 sq m city fringe office warehouse with an excess 580 sq m of development land currently used for car parking at 37 Leslie Avenue, Morningside, has been sold by Jonathan Lynch and Peter Kermode of Colliers International for $2.14 million.

 

Rotorua industrial

A high profile 4703 sq m site with 1107 sq m of mixed and remodelled buildings and four short term tenants at 105 Old Taupo Rd on the main route through Rotorua’s industrial precinct was sold by Mark Slade and Mark Rendell of Bayleys Rotorua for $800,000 at a net passing yield of 8.3 per cent.
