Five units within a new retail block at 26-28 Anzac Rd, Browns Bay, have been sold by Shoneet Chand and Mike Ryan of Colliers International for a total of $4.22 million with yields ranging between 4.3 and 5.2 per cent. Tenants include St Pierre’s Sushi, Bodyworks and Tank Juice bar.
$8.8m for 88.5ha
Two titles encompassing 88.5 hectares of land at 1595 East Coast Rd, Redvale, located beween Albany and Dairy Flat, and featured in a Bayleys Total Property portfolio, have sold for $8.8 million or $99,424 per ha through Brian Caldwell, Ranjan Unka and Daryl Devereux of Bayleys North Shore Commercial. Zoned Countryside Living Rural and bordering Weiti Station, the property attracted nine tenders with the purchaser intending to undertake a lifestyle subdivision.

Stuart Bode of Ray White Commercial has sold fully leased Hewlett Packard House, Christchurch for $5.9 million representing a yield of 8.3 per cent for the 1567 sq m A-Grade seismically rated office building.

The 21-unit Anzac Court motel complex, plus a three bedroom manager’s home on a 1677 sq m site at 43 Anzac St, Takapuna, has sold post auction as a freehold going concern for $3,790,000 through Shiona Dyer and Paul Dixon of Bayleys Auckland
Royal Oak block
A freehold, standalone 696 sq m retail and office block in a high profile location at 754 Manukau Rd, Royal Oak, and generating net annual income of $171,600, was sold for $2,862,000 and a yield of 5.99 per cent by John Davies, Oscar Kuang and John Bowring of Colliers International.

A 1290 sq m building accommodating a Kidz First community health care facility, on a 4429 sq m site with 58 car parks at 95 Wiri Station Rd, Manukau, has sold for $2,750,000 at an 8.4 per cent yield through James Chan, Quinn Ngo and Matt Lee of Bayleys Auckland’s international division. Longstanding tenant Counties Manukau District Health Board has extended its lease to 2017.
