Also featured in Bayleys Total Property, a fully leased 1083 sq m building on a 616 sq m site at 136 Karangahape Rd has sold for $3.2 million at a 6.4 per cent yield through Cameron Melhuish and Andrew Wallace of Bayleys Auckland. Rock Shop occupies 465 sq m of ground floor retail space, a long-standing office tenant leases 458 sq m above and 110 sq m of warehousing fronts Cross Street.
Tamaki warehouse and office
A 4429 sq m building on a 7042 sq m site at 42 Sir William Avenue, East Tamaki, featured in Bayleys’ Total Property portfolio, has sold for $5,640,000 at a 7.4 per cent yield through James Hill, Sunil Bhana and Mike Houlker of Bayleys Auckland. It comprises a 3985 sq m warehouse, 384 sq m office, 60 sq m of amenities and 40 car parks. The property has been occupied since 1996 by Textile Bonding which has renewed for four years from July 2015.

A freehold, 1118 sq m, vacant office and warehouse building on a 1500 sq m site at 22 Rennie Drive, Mangere, was sold to a private investor for $1.4 million by Brad Johnston, Paul Jarvie and Ash Vincent of Colliers International.

A large format, 602 sq m retail property at the corner of Tristram St and Clarence St, Hamilton was sold by Mark Brunton and Justin Oliver of Colliers International for $1.2 million representing a yield of 6.77 per cent.
Onehunga retail block
A 324 sq m retail block with four shops on 2-10 Waiapu Lane, Onehunga, was sold by Paul Jarvie and Charlie Oscroft of Colliers International for $1.27 million price for a yield of 5.15 per cent.
