Huapai Main Rd site
A 2124 sq m high profile site alongside SH16 at 338 Main Road, Huapai, has been sold by Paul Jarvie and Deborah Dowling of Colliers International for $1,831,000 - a yield of 4.3 per cent and equating to $862 per sq m.
Joint Petone sale
Bayleys’ Auckland and Wellington offices joined forces to sell a Warehouse Stationery property in Petone for $3 million on behalf of a German property fund. Ed Donald and David Bayley of Bayleys Auckland in conjunction with Grant Young of Bayleys Wellington sold the 717 sq m bulk retail building on a 3862 sq m site in Annie Huggan Grove at a 7.8 per cent yield on a six year lease from 2013.
Mt Maunganui building
A modern industrial building in central Mount Maunganui at 51 Portside Drive has been sold for $1.515 million by Rob Schoeser and Simon Clark of Colliers International. The 1512 sq m property was sold vacant, representing a yield of 6.8 per cent on an estimated market rental of $103,000 per annum.
Sold in city fringe Mt Eden
A city fringe 495 sq m office and warehouse offered with vacant possession with eight car parks at 14D Haultain St, Mount Eden, has been sold for $1.49 million by Peter Kermode and Jonathan Lynch of Colliers International.
A 3348 sq m site and a 920 sq m building at 108 Kapiti Road, Paraparaumu, has been sold for $1.45 million by Dean Anderson of Colliers International to Wallace Developments Limited which is planning a total redevelopment.
Private investor’s Wanaka buy
A new fully leased 2104 sq m commercial building in Wanaka’s industrial zone at 154-156 Ballantyne Rd has been sold to private investors by Alastair Wood, Mark Simpson and Rory O’Donnell of Colliers International for $1.29 million representing a yield of 6.19 per cent.
Orewa office and car parks
A 120 sq m office building on a 1260 sq m site with numerous car parks and suitable for a wide variety of uses at 99 Centreway Rd, Orewa, was sold with vacant possession for $1,135,000 by Terry Kim of Bayleys North Shore.
