ACC’s Sale Street sale
ACC’s three level, 3150 sq m Auckland CBD headquarters building at 18 Sale St, which generates net annual income of $740,000, has been sold to a private investor for $10.525 million by Charlie Oscroft and Andrew Reed of Colliers International.
Hamilton land holding
A 2.927 ha land holding at 709 Te Rapa Rd, Hamilton has been sold for $12.4 million by Alan Pracy and Peter Herdson of Colliers International. The property includes 14,000 sq m of building floor space and is tenanted by manufacturer NDA on a 10 plus year lease, generating $900,000 in net annual income.
Galatos CBD character
A 712 sq m character office building, converted and refurbished from warehouse space, on a 706 sq m site 5-7 Galatos St, in central Auckland, has been sold for $2,160,000, at an 8.75 per cent yield through Alan Haydock of Bayleys Auckland. It is leased to marketing consultancy Consortium Ltd from March 2012 for eight years with two rights of renewal of four years each.
Birkenhead day care
An established day care centre at 6 Bank St, Birkenhead, on Auckland’s North Shore has been sold by Shoneet Chand and Mike Ryan of Colliers International for $2,052,000 representing a 6.14 per cent yield The centre trading as Minimee Early Childhood Education Adventure for 50 children occupies a 1176 sq m property.
