New Plymouth Carters
A 2650 sq m Carters building supplies outleton a 1.1283 ha site with a 768 sq m timber shed at 24 Egmont Rd, Waiwhakaiho, in New Plymouth has sold for $6,250,000 at a 7.7 per cent yield through Iain Taylor of Bayleys Taranaki. Carters has a nine-year lease from 2008 with two six-year rights of renewal.
Big Christchurch sale
The 7183 sq m Cranmer Court corner site at 350 Montreal St, Christchurch, has been sold for $10.5 million by Hamish Doig and Paul Marshall of Colliers International. The high profile property owned by the Majestic Church was purchased by NewUrban Group which is planning a residential development.
