Mt Roskill warehouse office
A 6110 sq m warehouse and office building on a 1.1432 ha site at 4 Carr Rd, Mt Roskill, has sold for $7.7 million at a 7.5 per cent yield through Mike Adams, James Appleby and William Coates of Bayleys East Auckland division. Adams says the property has a new five year lease to a multinational tenant and was sold to an investor with long term redevelopment plans.
Mairangi Bay industrial
A building with a high warehouse to office ratio and an established, decade-long tenant at Unit F, 14 Vega Place, Mairangi Bay on the North Shore was sold post auction to a private investor by Brad Visser and Deborah Dowling of Colliers International for $1.1 million representing a yield of 7.1 per cent.
Ryan on a roll
A 700 sq m two-level warehouse, office and showroom at 5C Apollo Drive, Mairangi Bay, Auckland was sold for $1.1 million to a private owner occupier by Ryan de Zwart and Craig Newth of Colliers International. De Zwart also sold a road frontage 83 sq m freehold retail unit at 11/17 Link Crescent, Whangaparaoa for $325,000 and 86 fully portioned new self-storage units totalling 298 sq m, with a potential annual income of $105,700 plus GST, at 15/17 Link Crescent for $800,000.
Vacant in Mt Wellington
A vacant 835 sqm industrial building with 436 sq m of warehouse and 239 sq m of office at 13B Gabador Place, Mt Wellington has sold with vacant possession for $1,750,000 through James Hill, Bayleys Auckland.
Henderson retail buildings
Two separate industrial buildings totalling 694 sq m on a freehold site of 1012 sq m at 30 The Concourse, Henderson, have been sold for $980,000 by Meir Alfassi of Harveys Te Atatu Real Estate. One building is leased to a dry cleaning business for $32,000 per annum and the other will be used by the new owner.
