A longstanding owner occupier’s decision to sell after operating his business from a large property on Newton Road, Eden Terrace for the past 26 years has opened up a multitude of opportunities for the purchaser of the 1310 sq m high profile corner site.
Located at 91 Newton Road, the property has been home to Andy Harpers Tyre Services, an independent tyre company specialising in Bridgestone Tyres, since the late 1980s.

The property is opposite another high profile Newton Road property, the Golf Warehouse, and adjacent to a major intersection which links Newton Rd with another major arterial, Dominion Rd, via Piwakawaka St.

Andy Harpers Tyre Services Ltd occupies the main 615 sq m building which operates as a Bridgestone Tyre Centre. The firm will take a one year lease back over this building with one three-month right of renewal.

Haydock says the property benefits from having three road frontages, with vehicle access from Newton Rd and Fleet St and frontage also onto Piwakawaka St.
