East Tamaki industrial property
A 530sq m unit titled industrial property at 39D Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki, has sold on the market for $1,410,000, in a deal brokered by Jolyon Thomson and Andrew Hooper of Colliers International.
The Terrace office building
A fully leased, nine-level 3000sq m office building on a 605sq m site at 138 The Terrace, Wellington’s CBD, has sold for $7,550,000 at a 9 per cent yield through Mark Sherlock of Bayleys Wellington. Seven tenants, including Kiwibank, legal firm Chen Palmer and QE2 National Trust, are on varying lease expiries through until 2023.
Papakura bare land
A large 1.9488ha rear property, comprising a mostly bare land site with a heavy industrial zoning, at 82 Hunua Rd, Papukura, has sold with vacant possession for $4.4m at $225.7 per sq m through Shane Snijder and Peter Migounoff, Bayleys South Auckland.
Trade retail site
A 595sq m unit title trade retail site at 24A Harris Rd, East Tamaki, has sold by negotiation through Jolyon Thomson and Paul Higgins of Colliers International for $1,850,000 representing a yield of 5.99 per cent.
Glendene freehold standalone
A partially refurbished 250 sq m standalone industrial building on a 3584sq m freehold site at 3 Bancroft St, Glendene, sold post-auction for $2.8m at an 8 per cent yield, through Dave Stanley if Bayleys South Auckland and Stuart Bode of Bayleys West Auckland division. It has a six-year lease to a long-established tenant in occupation for over 30 years.
Vacant units in Albany
Three industrial units at 63 Arrenway Drive, Albany, have sold vacant for a total of $1,490,000 through Eddie Zhong, Matt Mimmack and Michael Block of Bayleys North Shore Commercial. Two adjoining units encompassing 160sq m of warehousing and 40sq m of office plus four parking spaces sold for $970,000. A 120sq m unit with 80sq m of warehousing and 40sq m of office sold for $520,000.
Havelock North commercial
A 490sq m commercial office and retail property at 11 Donnelly St, Havelock North, has sold by negotiation through Dan Walker and Danny Blair of Colliers International for $1,135,000 and a yield of 5.9 per cent.
