Former Auckland church 

An 1144sq m early 20th century building on two freehold titles totalling 878sq m at 3 East St, Eden Terrace, has sold with vacant possession for $3.5m through Alan Haydock and James Hill of Bayleys Auckland and Shane Snjider of Bayleys South Auckland. The character building has been both church and theatre.

Manukau office block

A 2511sq m modern office block on a 7068sq m freehold site at 15 Lambie Drive, Manukau, has sold for $10.7m in a deal brokered by Brad Johnston, Gareth Fraser, Paul Jarvie and Matthew Barnes of Colliers International.

Newmarket terrace houses

A block of six terrace houses, about 154sq m each and built over three levels in 1995, on a 1303 sq m site zoned Business-Mixed Use, at 15 Sarawia St, Newmarket, has sold for $6.7m through Haydock and Damien Bullick of Bayleys City & Fringe team.

Henderson warehouse

A 5168sq m warehouse on an 8275sq m industrial site at 48 Bruce McLaren Rd, Henderson, has sold for $8,325,000 in a deal brokered by Matt Prentice, Andrew Hooper, Josh Coburn and Sam Staite of Colliers.

Penrose industrial buildings

A 2.37ha site with 16,079sq m of industrial buildings at 862 Great South Rd, Penrose, has been sold by James Valintine, Sunil Bhana and Mike Houlker of Bayleys Auckland industrial team to Augusta Capital’s new Industrial Fund for $19.05m. Existing tenant Graphic Packaging International will lease part of the site.

Ingleton Farms Tikokino

A 704ha dairy farm owned by Ingleton Farms Limited at 260 Makaroro Rd, Tikokino, Central Hawke’s Bay, has sold for $23.9m in a deal brokered by James Parsons of Colliers International Hawkes Bay Rural.

Princes Wharf unit

A 287sq m commercial investment unit, earning net annual rent of $110,000, at Princes Wharf, Unit CU 6 (Shed 24) 147 Quay St, has sold in deal brokered by Fraser, Simon Felton and Charlie Oscroft of Colliers for $1.4m - representing a yield of 7.8 per cent.

Grafton Auburn St property

A 762 sq m office and warehouse building on a 749sq m site at 12-16 Auburn St, Grafton, has sold for $3.5m at a 4.86 per cent yield through Alan and Phil Haydock of Bayleys City & Fringe team. Tasman Machinery has an eight-year lease.

Papakura retail complex

A 1002sq m retail complex at 15-19 O’Shannessey St, Papakura, has sold for $1.62m in a deal brokered by Child and Barnes of Colliers. It comprises four tenancies with a potential net income of $87,000 and is tenanted by Delight Pizza, Papakura Nail & Beauty Salon and Supervalue Papakura.
