Archers industrial site
A 8524sq m industrial site at 201 Archers Rd, Wairau Valley, has been sold to an owner-occupier for $7.04m through Ranjan Unka, Trevor Duffin and Matt Mimmack of Bayleys North Shore Commercial. Buildings comprising a 1600sq m warehouse constructed in the early 1980s, plus a variety of small structures and lean-tos, are generating holding income of $181,333 per annum from month-to-month leases to two tenants.
666 Dominion Rd
A prime corner property at 666 Dominion Rd has been sold by JLL agents Kevin Reardon and Tommy Zhang. Now earning $139,190 from six tenants, the property was sold to a local investor through an expressions of interest campaign for $2.6m, a 5.3 per cent yield on the net rental income.
A 1132sq m industrial building on a 1634sq m site zoned Business-Mixed Use at 13 George Tce, Onehunga, has sold for $3m through James Valintine and William Gubb of Bayleys Auckland. It was purchased by a future owner-occupier with a one-year lease back to the vendor.
Grey Lynn property
Barfoot and Thomson agents John Stringer and Murray Tomlinson have sold a standalone industrial property at 36 Monmouth St, Grey Lynn. The 222sq m building, on a 399sq m site, for $1,315,000, at a yield of 2.5 per cent.
Henderson development site
A 2709sq m freehold land development site at 136-140 Lincoln Rd, Henderson, has sold to an owner-occupier by deadline private treaty for $4,063,500. The deal was brokered by Euan Stratton, Josh Coburn and Craig Smith of Colliers International.
East Tamaki complex
A 290sq m industrial unit in a predominantly retail complex at 302 Te Irirangi Dr, East Tamaki sold with vacant possession at auction for $1,254,000 through John Bolton and Katie Wu, Bayleys South Auckland. Most recently an auto workshop, the property has a 6.5m to 7.5m stud height and 40sq m mezzanine office plus 16 parking spaces.
Harris Rd warehouse
A 930sq m industrial office/warehouse at 103A&B Harris Rd, East Tamaki, has sold at auction for $2.34m. The deal was brokered by Jolyon Thomson and Jeremy Barnett, and represented a yield of 5.72 per cent.
Greenmount Drive building
A 286sq m industrial office and warehouse with a front unit profile at 62G Greenmount Dr, East Tamaki, has sold at auction for $760,000. The deal was brokered by Jeremy Barnett and Jolyon Thomson of Colliers International. The tenanted investment earns $38,507.48pa and the deal represented a yield of 5.07 per cent.
Epsom Anaesthetic Group
A 117sq m medical suite on the third floor of a four-level commercial building at 110 Remuera Rd, with two dedicated car parks, sold for $1,165,000 at a 5.12 per cent yield through Phil Haydock, Bayleys Auckland. It has been occupied for over 30 years by Epsom Anaesthetic Group, which committed to a new three-year lease.

A freehold, multi-tenanted 4483sq m industrial landholding with a 1670sq m warehouse at 144 Taradale Rd, Napier, has sold for $1.9m at a yield of 8 per cent in a deal was brokered by Rob Nankervis of Colliers International.
A 291sq m building on 625sq m of land at 330 Maunganui Rd, Mt Maunganui, has sold for $1.58m representing a yield of 4.6 per cent, in a deal was brokered by Simon Clark and Grant White of Colliers International.
