An 849sq m industrial property at 90 Lady Ruby Drive, East Tamaki - marketed by Paul Jarvie and Jolyon Thomson of Colliers International – was sold at auction for $1,930,000, representing a yield of 5.7 per cent.
Coromandel golf resort
Nine villas on The Dunes Golf Resort, Coromandel, plus 20 freehold development units the purchaser intends to build on, have sold for $5.8m through James Hill, Sunil Bhana and Mike Houlker of Bayleys Auckland.

Auctioned in Te Rapa
A 2154sq m industrial building at 25 Sheffield St, Te Rapa, with three gantry cranes and a secure yard on a 3145sq m site, was sold at auction for $2,250,000 and a seven per cent yield through Mike Swanson of Bayleys Hamilton and Theo de Leeuw of NAI Harcourts. It has lease-back holding income to October 2018 with opportunities for future subdivision or development.
Apollo Drive Kea units
Two retail units in a new Kea Property development at 56 Apollo Drive, Albany, have sold vacant at a combined value of $1,301,000 through Terry Kim, Adam Curtis, Damian Stephen, Michael Block and Eddie Zhong of Bayleys North Shore Commercial.
