Manukau office and warehouse

A 5733sq m industrial property at 22 Ryan Place, Manukau, with a 2661sq m office and warehouse, has been sold through Jolyon Thomson, Ash Vincent and Gawan Bakshi of Colliers International; in conjunction with Janak Darji and Tony Chaudhary of Bayleys for $4,440,000.

High stud in Hornby

A 1200sq m high stud warehouse and a 200sq m office building at 128A Waterloo Rd, Hornby, Christchurch has sold for $4.1m and a 6.7 per cent yield through Stewart White, Chris Frank, and Alex White of Bayleys Christchurch. It is occupied by a high-tech engineering export company on a 12-year lease from 2012.

Auctioned in Mt Maunganui

A 2703sq m freehold industrial property at 75 Aviation Ave, Mt Maunganui, and marketed by Simon Clark and Rob Schoeser of Colliers International has sold at auction for $2,060,000 representing a yield of 5.3 per cent.

East Tamaki industrial

A 2748sq m office and warehouse at 5 Greenmount Drive, East Tamaki, was sold by Andrew Hooper, Dwayne Warby and Matt Prentice of Collier’s International for $4,050,000 for a yield of 6.04 per cent.

Onehunga Mall commercial

A 782sq m 1960s’ commercial building on a 658sq m site at 133 Onehunga Mall, Onehunga, has sold for $2,205,786 at a 5.6 per cent yield through Greg Hall and James Valintine of Bayleys Auckland; and Tony Chaudhary of Bayleys South Auckland. It has four retail occupants and a church tenancy at the rear, on three- to five-year leases, plus 170sq m of vacant second floor office space.

North Shore Albany property

A 974.4sq m office and warehouse at 4A Rothwell Avenue, Albany, North Shore, has been sold by Matt Prentice, Jimmy O’Brien and Shoneet Chand of Colliers International for $2,205,000 representing a yield of 5.47 per cent.

Multi-tenanted in Tauranga

A multi-tenanted freehold 1747sq m industrial property at 76 Koromiko St, Tauranga, has sold at auction after marketing by Simon Clark and Rich Davidson of Colliers International, for $2,160,000 representing a yield of 5.8 per cent.

Two retail units in a new Kea Property Ltd development at 56 Apollo Drive, Albany, have sold vacant at a combined value of $1,301,000 through Terry Kim, Adam Curtis, Damian Stephen, Michael Block and Eddie Zhong of Bayleys North Shore Commercial. A restaurant/cafe with an internal area of 78sq m plus a 30sq m covered courtyard sold for $740,000 and a 69sq m retail unit sold for $561,000.
