A 3850sq m office and warehouse facility on a 8487sqm site at 198 James Fletcher Drive, Otahuhu, has been sold by Andrew Hooper and Dwayne Warby of Colliers International for $5.1 million representing a yield of 7.1 per cent.
Ellerslie Ascot Park property
An office property at 93 Ascot Avenue, Ellerslie, leased to multinational Usana Health Sciences, until March 2019, without rights of renewal, was sold for $3,650,000 at an 8.2 per cent yield through Mark Pittaway of Bayleys Auckland.
Mount Maunganui sale
A 450sq m commercial building on a freehold 1070sq m site at 11 Newton St, Mt Maunganui, was sold by Simon Clark and Rob Schoeser of Colliers International for $1,410,000 representing a yield of 4.7 per cent.
